Returns and refunds
Wrong size, wrong vibe, or genuinely broken?
We keep returns fair, clear and low-drama.
Most RIP Industries products are made to order, so we do not usually accept returns for unwanted items unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

From receiving your order to request a return.
Unused
Items must be unworn, unused, tagged and in original packaging.
Email first
Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted. Paperwork. The villain again.
How to request a return
Email us before sending anything back. Return addresses may vary depending on what you ordered, so we will confirm the correct address once your return has been reviewed.
- Email us: Contact support@ripindustries.co.uk with your order number, full name and reason for return.
- Wait for approval: We will review the request and send the correct return instructions if your item is eligible.
- Send it back: Package the item securely and follow the return instructions provided.
- Inspection and refund: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can sort it properly.
We may ask for photos to help resolve the issue quickly. Annoying, yes. Useful, also yes.
What can be returned
- Items requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged or faulty items
- Items in the same condition you received them.
- Unworn or unused items with tags attached.
- Items in original packaging.
- Orders with proof of purchase or order confirmation.
- We are against fast fashion. Because your item is made for you, any items refunded are subject to a restocking fee.
What cannot be returned
- Items ordered in the wrong size
- Unwanted made-to-order, personalised or custom products, unless faulty.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. Please email us before returning anything.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right item is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.
EU 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to justify it.
Items must still be unworn, unused, tagged, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. This does not apply to exempt goods such as personalised or custom-made products.
Refund timings
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and your refund has not arrived, contact us.
