We keep shipping simple, clear, and honest.

Most RIP Industries products are made to order, which means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, processing times can vary slightly depending on the product, stock availability, and production method.

We work with a range of trusted fulfilment partners and couriers to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.


order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

This includes:

  • order verification
  • production and printing
  • quality checks
  • packing and dispatch

During launches, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We would rather ship it right than ship it rushed.


shipping methods

We use a mix of shipping providers depending on:

  • product type
  • destination
  • package size
  • fulfilment partner
  • speed of service available

This may include providers such as:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • DPD
  • DHL
  • UPS
  • local and international fulfilment partners

The shipping method used for your order will be selected automatically based on what gets your order to you most reliably.


UK shipping

Standard UK shipping usually arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Express options may be available on selected products and at checkout.

Please note that made-to-order products still require production time before shipping begins.


international shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier networks. Typical delivery time is 5–15 business days after dispatch, but delays can happen outside our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees required by their country.

We wish this part was cooler too.


tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Some smaller or lower-value shipments may be sent using untracked services depending on destination and product type.

If you have not received tracking details after a reasonable processing period, contact us and we will check it for you.


split shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.

This usually happens when:

  • items are produced by different fulfilment partners
  • products are shipped from different locations
  • part of your order is ready sooner than the rest

You will not be charged extra shipping unless clearly stated at checkout.


delays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • courier issues
  • customs clearance
  • weather disruption
  • postal strikes
  • seasonal demand
  • the universe being in one of its moods

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once the parcel has been dispatched, but we will always help where we can.


incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to update it.

No promises. Sometimes the shipping machine moves faster than common sense.


lost or missing parcels

If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Please note we may need to wait for the courier’s official lost parcel timeframe before replacement or refund options can be confirmed.


damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

We will review it and make it right.
